2. Tricep Pushdown - Your triceps cover 2/3 of your upper arm muscle mass, so don't neglect them. The seat of the Pushdown machine is angled so you can better target the tricep heads. This is a great alternative to weighted dips and you may find it more comfortable. Pump guaranteed 💪 🔥
