Welcome to Kong Sai Martial Arts.
We currently run 2 Kickboxing classes per week.

Thursdays - Christchurch Community Hall in Jarrow. 6pm-7pm
Fridays - Powerhouse Gym in South Shields. 7pm-8.30pm
