Happy Sunday everyone 😀

We hope you’re all enjoying your weekend so far?! 🤞

We have a slight timetable change for the week ahead as one of our members, Emily, is getting married on Thursday and we’re going to be at her wedding. So, instead of Thursday 5:45pm, we have added Wednesday evening session at 5:45pm, Sophie will also have a session on at 6:30pm Wednesday if that’s more convenient for any of you!

Tomorrow we also start day 1 of our 4 weeks Body and Mind Reset programme. We haven’t ran a programme for a little while so we’re really looking forward to getting everyone started!

Lots to look forward to for us 😀

Another fantastic week in the gym complete 🙌

We’ve had a mixed week of strength, kettlebells, conditioning and boxing.

Always a different session, even when you come twice a day and I change the session on the evening especially for you 😉 😂

Lots of people complaining about achey muscles this week = plenty of progress and growth made! 🙌

We will see you all Monday unless you’re doing one of our online workouts before then!

Two groups today, 6:15am boxercise and 5:45pm circuits. Something different for everyone to enjoy.

We all got a bit too excited before tonight’s session started thanks to our World Cup sweepstake 🤣

Tomorrow is all about personal training. We start with our first session at 6am which is small group PT then a busy morning of 1:2:1 PT afterwards.

Remember, our online workouts are available, any day and any time to suit you! DM if you would like a programme you can do at home, while you’re away for work, or even in the gym. Only £20 per month! 😱🙌

Not only am I in the process of bettering my knowledge and skills by becoming a menopause specialist coach so that you are all continually supported to the best of our abilities BUT we’re also launching a 4 week “body and mind reset” transformation programme starting 1 WEEK TOMORROW (15th June)…for more info, drop us a message or keep your eyes on the page 👀

Another couple of busy days in the gym for me.

Tuesday was very busy with 1:2:1 PT, 2 group sessions and a nutrition workshop at action station.

Today was very busy with groups, some 1:2:1 PT and another nutrition workshop but this time at STARS.

I’ve also done my usual 5am gym sessions and a 6k interval run today 🙌

Oh, and I’m continuing with my learning and just signed up for a new training course, I think you’ll all be buzzing with this one…Menopause coaching specialist 🥵 😂

After a week off enjoying a well deserved holiday, I was buzzing to be back in the gym today.

Both group sessions smashed out an “You only do it once” workout. I tricked Ashleigh by asking her worst exercise…that was then the finisher 😉 They’ll not fall for that one again!

I’ve also had a very busy day of PT with:

Jess
Sam
Nina
Ruth
Who all smashed their workouts too. Although Vicki and Sam chewed my ears off so I think it’s fair to say they missed me too much 😅😂
