A massive well done to Denise who has absolutely smashed her training. Denise had never stepped into a gym till she was 47! I know it’s quite amazing! She is now 53 and looks unbelievable!

6 months working with Harriet Iles on her show prep for the UKBFF Bikini Fitness shows. What a change she has made. It takes commitment and hard work but if you set your mind to it you can achieve anything.

Harriet never thought she would even be able to do a show let alone go and win her qualifier! 5 weeks till she steps on the UKBFF British Final stage, prepped through out by myself. Enquiry today if you are looking to compete!
