Tetsu No Tenshi Wado Ryu Karate - South Shields Tetsu No Tenshi Wado Ryu Karate is a Karate Club in South Shields. We train every Wednesday 6-7pm. Our Club is for adults and children (Age 6+).

Our style of Karate is Wado Ryu, which is one of the four major karate styles.

Good session last night. All grades together on the mats. We took the basic techniques that have been practiced in the last few weeks during line work and took it a step further to learn to control them. We paired all the students up and padded them up for extra protection. Then everyone took it in turns to practice various basic kicks/punches with control. Great work everyone 😁 see you all next Wednesday at 6pm. Keep practicing! 🥋
