SPINATHON 2026 šŸš“ā€ā™€ļøšŸ”„

With a minimum of Ā£600 going to Ethan’s Arch. Final total still to be confirmed.

Yesterday, 32 incredible women took on the SPINATHON challenge:
- 30 minutes spinning, 30 minutes rest x 6 rounds
- 4 ladies took on the same challenge on the rowers
- 22 ladies completed a 30-minute SkiErg, with 4 absolute lunatics doing it twice!

Massive shout-outs to:
- NIC M B, LOUISE B, LISA S & JADE R H for stepping up and doubling up on the SkiErg so nobody had to tackle it alone if they wanted to give it a go.

- ELLIE MAY for completing 12 sessions — non-stop movement for the full 6 hours!

- LISA STAMPS for smashing 6 x 30-minute spin sessions wearing a 10kg weighted vest.

- LOUISE B & LOUISE R for completing 3 x 30-minute spin sessions each in 10kg weighted vests.

- AMINA for being 70-f**king-4 years old, completing the challenge, and then casually adding a bonus 30-minute SkiErg because apparently she’s built differently.

- JADE’S MAM for supplying some absolutely banging cakes.

- And of course, our little EVE, following in her mother’s footsteps by completing 6 x 30-minute spin sessions while hungover… then one-upping her mam by throwing in a 30-minute SkiErg too. Outstanding commitment to poor decision-making and fitness.

Thank you all for making yesterday what it was. I’m still buzzing. The atmosphere, the support, the encouragement, the laughter, the suffering, and the sheer determination in that room were something special.

You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves.

Meet Amina! At the incredible age of 74, she smashed 6 x 30-minute spin sessions AND 1 x 30 min Ski-erg in a single day!

Now, that would be an amazing achievement at any age… but at 74, I think you have to agree it’s nothing short of phenomenal.

Amina, you are proof that age is just a number and that determination, consistency, and a positive attitude can achieve incredible things. You bring so much joy, energy, and inspiration to everyone around you.

We are so proud of you, and it’s an absolute pleasure to have you as part of the Hellbent family!

What an incredible day!

Today wasn’t just about the bikes, the miles, or the challenge—it was about community.

Seeing so many women come together to support, encourage, and lift each other up was truly special. The atmosphere was full of positivity, laughter, determination, and genuine support from start to finish.

I’m so proud of the community we’ve built at Hellbent Fitness. It’s more than a gym; it’s a place where friendships are formed, confidence grows, and everyone shows up for one another. Days like today are a reminder of how lucky we are to be surrounded by such an amazing group of ladies.

Thank you to every single person who gave their time, energy, and support to make Spinathon 2026 such a success. You should all be incredibly proud of yourselves.

The scales can tell you a number…
But they can’t tell you about the confidence you’ve gained.

They can’t tell you about the first time you wear a fitted top without feeling self-conscious.

They can’t tell you about sitting down and enjoying a meal with friends without automatically covering your stomach.

They can’t tell you about walking taller, feeling stronger, or finally feeling comfortable in your own skin.

Next Saturday we have 32 ladies signed up to do 6 x 30 min spin sessions!
16 will work while 16 rest for 30 minutes and then They’ll change over! 6 times!
We also have 4 ladies doing this on a row-erg! AND 24 of the above ladies get the OPPORTUNITY to do a 30 min ski-erg!

The scale doesn’t tell the whole story.

Same body. Different composition. Different habits. Different strength. Same weight.

The scales may not have moved, but:
• Waist is smaller.
• Posture is stronger.
• Clothes fit differently.
• More muscle mass and less body fat.
• Feeling healthier, stronger, and more confident.

Body recomposition is real. When you’re building muscle and losing fat at the same time, the number on the scale can stay the same while your body completely changes.

So if you’re feeling frustrated because the scale isn’t moving, take the photos. Celebrate the strength gains. Notice how your clothes fit. Trust the process.

Progress isn’t always measured in pounds lost—sometimes it’s measured in the person you’re becoming.

• Keep showing up.
• Keep lifting.
• Keep trusting the work.
