Here are the top 5 myths you'll hear in every gym - even though they were debunked years ago!

1) Steroids don't make that much difference - if anything you've gotta train even harder or it'll all turn to fat!

2) Eating 8-10 small meals per day will speed up your metabolism and create significantly better fat loss results!

3) Gym newbies should stick to cardio-only workouts for the first few months!

4) Doing early morning fasted cardio will help you target belly fat and lose more weight!

5) You need to eat clean to get lean!
