We specialise in Freestyle, Slow, Street Commercial Pop Stamina and Body Conditioning. Our classes are designed to be fun and friendly with the aim of achieving the best of fitness and dance ability. We compete all over the UK in events organised by the ADFP/BDC/NCDTA and our pupils work through the NCDTA grading syllabus. Age groups:

Toddlers to Young Adult...
