Well I joined In today's session and what a beast it was! Can't just instruct can I got to show I'm capable of doing it too

Well done to every single person there today this was no easy session for sure pat on the back is needed! And thanks to kirsty for the video skills and photos!

Evening folks
Ours session is at 7pm tonight metafit/tabata

New rules will be coming into place as of Thursday! You will have to pre book your spaces with a secure payment for the session and no refund will be given unless 24hour notice.

Due to our new facility I have to atleast make the money to keep the facilities! Otherwise I'm paying out of my own pocket and this will result in canceling the classes
