So I had a conversation with someone about how they can’t lose weight…. First off if your not losing weight it’s not because you can’t it’s because your not informed correctly on how weight loss works. To lose weight you must be in a calorie deficit, now this doesn’t mean being starving and denying yourself food still eat it but track what your putting in your body don’t starve yourself, sure your bound to lose weight but your also going to feel like absolute s**t at the same time and risk health issues alongside that because your body isn’t getting what it needs I’ve did it I’ve did it myself in the past and it really isn’t worth it there’s no need to starve yourself or go on radge diets simply choose a healthier diet track what your eating and move more ajd you will lose weight it’s really that simple people think weight loss is this difficult thing it isn’t it just seems that way because your not informed correctly about how it works and another thing set a healthy weight loss goal don’t go looking to lose radge amounts of weight straight away keep it simple 1-2lbs per week is healthy you won’t be starving you won’t feel like s**t and remember all good things take time if it’s quick and easy it probably won’t last and it’s probably full of s**t

Why do many people fail to reach their goals?
It’s not usually from lack of trying it’s usually lack of consistency, people expect results fast and like all things that last it takes time.
Many people have this mindset that every day they will see a different number on the scales or they will look more defined and when that’s not the case they get disheartened and fail to be consistent in their workouts and start saying “it’s not working” or “what am I doing wrong”, and I’ve been there many times in the past frustrated and end up not being consistent because I wasn’t seeing results straight away and because I felt like that I would slack off going to the gym or I would eat more junk that usual. Rome wasn’t built in a day, like all things it takes time to achieve long lasting results if anyone is struggling with that mindset I mentioned above get in touch and we can discuss how I can help you achieve long lasting results resulting in a happier & healthier you.
