Two of our members, Kayleigh Singer and Daniel Eardley, have decided to do something special in memory of their baby girl Skye and to raise vital funds for such a special charity close to their hearts.

To do this, they will be taking on a 72-hole golf challenge in one day on Tuesday 11 August. They will start and finish their challenge here at Dundas, with trips to the lovely Ratho Park and Turnhouse in the middle.

Any donation, no matter the size, would mean so much to them in memory of Skye and would help ensure that no family has to face losing their baby alone, and that they receive the support they deserve.

NEW LADIES COURSE RECORD 🥇

A massive congratulations to our new Ladies Course Record holder, Laura McTeague! 🎉

During the July Supplementary Medal on 16 July, Laura produced a superb round of 70 (-2), featuring six birdies. In doing so, she beat Alyson Scrimgeour's excellent record of 73, which had stood since May 2025. 💪

A fantastic achievement and one that will take some beating. Well done, Laura 👏⛳

Another fantastic day yesterday at Golf Sixes, this time at Bathgate Golf Club! ⛳

Our team finished 5th this week, and it was great to welcome more new players into the Dundas Parks squad. It’s brilliant to see so many youngsters getting involved and enjoying competitive golf.

There were some superb shots on display throughout the day, and what’s really noticeable is how much the standard is improving every single week. The confidence, skill and enthusiasm these juniors are showing are fantastic to watch.

A huge thank you to Bathgate Golf Club for hosting and to all the players, parents and volunteers who make these events possible.

Next up is Linlithgow Golf Club, so good luck to all our players on Sunday. ⛳️🏌️‍♀️🏌️

It was another fantastic afternoon of GolfSixes at Winchburgh Niddry Castle yesterday, with an incredibly close fixture, as 3 points separated the top three teams. Our Dundas Parks team finished a very creditable 3rd, narrowly missing out on top spot.

We welcomed three new GolfSixes players into the team, who all played brilliantly and gained valuable match experience. A special mention also goes to Alastair Law, who won the pre-match chipping challenge – well played, Alastair! 👏⛳

We also almost witnessed our first GolfSixes hole-in-one, as Ruaridh Mason’s ball rolled just past the cup on the 3rd hole. Great shot Ruaridh, and a brilliant 2 on the hole!

The fixtures come thick and fast now, with three consecutive Sunday matches before we round off the league campaign with our home fixture in late August. Best of luck to all of our juniors over the coming weeks – keep enjoying it, playing with confidence and representing Dundas Parks brilliantly. ⛳️

⛳️ Club Championship 2026 Results

We held our Club Championship 2026 finals day on Saturday, 20th June 2026. The course was in fantastic condition (massive thanks to the greenkeepers again) and along with the sun making a welcome appearance allowed for some great golf.

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped both in the run-up and on the day and to all family and friends for supporting the finalists.

Both matches were played to a high standard, and well done to our runners up, Archie and Freya, for playing their part in a couple of excellent matches.

It was great to have the juniors part of the Club Championship day, so thanks to all the players taking part this year and all parents for their support.
