Circuit Training every Monday night in September 💪

6:30-7:30pm @ Overstratton Village Hall, all experience and fitness levels are welcome and all the exercises can adapted to suit you! 🏋️‍♀️

First Session is completely free or if you’ve been before, 1 session is £6.50 or 3 sessions are £15 🏃‍♂️

There will be a Circuit Training Session running tomorrow if there is enough availability with it being bank holiday Monday!

If it’s your first session it will be completely free as always, all the details are the same as normal:
6:30-7:30pm
@ Overstratton Village Hall
8 exercises focussed on the whole body
No previous experience needed

Give me a message ASAP if you’re interested as I will be putting up a post tomorrow around midday to say whether the session will go ahead!🏋️‍♀️🏃‍♂️
