internationally. Compete in locally held tournaments arranged by our very own club. As part of Goju-Kai Europe, students can attend an annual training camp which is held in a different European country each year. Chance to attend the Goju-Kai World Championships which are held every 4 years. Build self-esteem, confidence, discipline and fitness, all while learning an effective form of self-defence.
