Time to get going again! South Molton Fitclub returns for the Autumn.
6pm start every Tuesday in the Parish Church Hall at the top of Duke Street.
A fun and friendly circuit training class. I aim to produce varied sessions which work on aerobic fitness, mobility and strength. All done with a smile on your face (I hope!!)
Just £2.50 per session, come and give it a try!!

Hello all, sorry for the prolonged silence, I'm hoping to have some news about resuming classes after Easter. Watch this space!!

We'll be taking a break for the summer now. Classes will resume in September, same time and venue. I'll let you know the date for us to restart nearer the time. Enjoy yourselves, wherever you go and whatever you do. Come back rested and ready to go.

It's coming home, it's coming home, it's coming,
Fitclub's coming home.

From next Tuesday, 1st March, South Molton Fitclub will return to its original home. After a two year odyssey, which has seen us exercising indoors, outdoors, in fields, gardens and even the Assembly Rooms, we will be back in the Church Hall in Duke Street. Starting at 6pm, every Tuesday in term time. Still only £2 per session. I hope to see you there.
