Quality horses for hire to hunt with any of the Exmoor packs. Collection at the end of the day's hunting is also included.

Based at the family farm just above the picturesque Landacre Bridge, Exmoor Hirelings offers the complete hunter hireling package. Your horse will be delivered to the meet, or will be ready for you to ride out from the farm if the meet is local. Hunting on Exmoor offers the rider a breathtaking and thrilling day with wonderful scenery. Although traditionally a non-jumping country, the riding is ex

hilarating and riders must be proficient. Exmoor Hirelings is based within the hunting country of the Devon and Somerset Staghounds, Dulverton West, Dulverton Farmers and the Exmoor Foxhounds. A knowledgeable es**rt on hunting days can also be arranged. Hireling price on application – variable according to hunting season. Please note that hunt caps vary and are in addition to the hireling charge

25/26 season - complete ✌️

It only feels like yesterday we were prepping for opening meet and the end is here already! Saturday saw the last day of the season with 12 joining the Devon and Somerset.

As always what we do wouldn’t be possible without the team on the yard holding everything together. We might be biased but they are the best in the business! The horses have finished the season happy healthy and looking an absolute picture which is a huge testament to the time and effort the girls put in. To the girls on the yard; anyone’s who’s driven the ponies round for us; anyone who’s popped in with snacks for the team on a busy day or even just pointed the clients in the right direction for the lorry - the biggest THANK YOU!

The 4 legged members of the team have gone above and beyond as always. All finishing the season looking top class. They are the ones who create lifetime memories for our riders and who are a joy to look after day in day out. They are all unique in their own ways and we couldn’t be prouder to say “that’s our horses”.

A massive thank you to McCreesh Equine Veterinary Services , Jenni O’Neill Saddle Fitting, Ross Wardle Farriery and Mike Roberts Farriery. We couldn’t keep the ponies on the road without you guys. You’re the best in your businesses and we’re forever grateful to have you all as part of the team.

Lastly thank you to everyone who’s chosen to ride Exmoor hirelings’ horses this year. Our client base is growing every year and we couldn’t be more grateful to you all! ❤️
