So many people are governed by the scales but women especially can fluctuate so rapidly.

If you do use the scales, just remember…
-hydration
-DOMS
-time of the month
-hormones
-menopause
-alcohol
-sleep
-salt

Can all make you hold water/ drop water and give you a false representation of your progress.

Don’t be disheartened just be consistent and you’ll get there 💯
