✅ hydrate hydrate hydrate

✅ healthy vit C sources oranges, tomatoes… electrolytes to help with swelling reduction and salt balance

✅ sun cream factor 30 or above

✅ hats/ shade

✅ avoid 11am-3pm if you’re feeling it

✅ ice lollies, ice in drinks, cool showers
