Hi everyone!!
Tonight’s workout was a short HIT session followed by a yoga flow!
Complete each round on the minute every minute
After the rest at min 7 repeat.
It’s only 16 mins of movement so you could literally do it while your dinner is in the oven! 🧘🏼♂️
Warm up- 30 second jog, 30 second lunge x 2
Stretch anywhere that needs
START YOUR TIMER (counting down from 7 mins)
Round 1:
180 degree squats (this is a burner but try and keep the movement going as best you can)
Round 2:
10x sit ups & 10 tricep dips
Round 3:
40seconds dynamic lunges with a jump (another killer, can go into normal lunges but keep moving)
Round 4:
30 second plank 5 push ups
Round 5:
Jumping jacks full min
Round 6:
Side plank for 30 seconds
10 kick backs
ALTERNATE EACH ROUND
Round 7:
1 min REST
REPEAT ABOVE x2
