Glasgow Lions Touch Rugby Club An inclusive Touch Rugby club based in Central Glasgow. Touch is a mixed game for all abilities, ages, and levels of fitness.

We offer Women’s/men’s/mixed squads ranging from social to nationally competitive 🦁🦁 Sponsored by If you are aged 18 or over and wish to learn a new sport, improve health and fitness, play mixed s*x sport, and join a fun and friendly club then this is the sport for you. Glasgow Lions run free weekly training sessions and social games through out the year at Glasgow Green as well as competing in the GTA Summer League and a number of tournaments. Organiser of two tournaments each year, Beginners Tournament in May as well as our Mens & Womens Tournament in August. Check the website or get in touch for details.

JOIN US THIS WINTER 🏉

Looking to try a new sport, get active or meet new people in Glasgow?

Glasgow Lions are recruiting new non-male players to join us at our winter training, ahead of the summer 2027 season.

Our beginner-friendly sessions are open to all experience levels, whether you’ve never picked up a rugby ball or you’re looking to get back into sport. We’ll cover the basics of touch rugby, help you build your skills and introduce you to a welcoming, inclusive club.

📍 Lourdes Secondary School, 47 Kirriemuir Avenue, Cardonald, Glasgow, G52 3D
💰 Just £5 for new members

Pride in Touch, Berlin 2026 🏳️‍🌈🏉

After hosting Pride in Touch in Glasgow in 2023, and joining forces with Quokkas and VelociCatz in the years since, we were very proud to pull on the Lions kit and field a team of our own in Berlin this year.

Huge thanks to the organisers, referees, volunteers and all 16 teams who made the weekend what it was. Pride in Touch is a special tournament and we loved being a part of it.

Until 2027… wherever Pride in Touch takes us next 🌈

Final week of and some great final efforts by everyone. In the Mixed league Pride just missed out on securing 4th place. In the Mens Claw put in a tremendous effort but just lost out in the Plate final. While Mane secured 3rd.
