Alex Bartholomew Personal Training Fully qualified Personal Trainer based in Glasgow City centre I am based in Bearsden and cover all of Glasgow.

My name is Alex Bartholomew and I am a fully qualified level 3 Personal Trainer with extra qualifications including an HNC in Fitness, Health and Exercise, spin, gym based boxing, circuits and sports nutrition. I specialise in fat loss, muscle gain and functional sports training. I offer 1 to 1 sessions as well as group sessions of up to 6 people. Bootcampers!

Just a reminder Friday was the last training camp session for this block so unless you are ridiculously committed to making yourself suffer there's no need to be in the gym for 7am tomorrow!

The next camp will start on the 27th of June so enjoy your two weeks of rest. However as I will be seeing most of you at Tough Mudder in two weeks time I don't expect you to be resting too much!

I said yesterday you wouldn't be complaining about burpees too much after doing man makers but I think after finishing with death by burpees today at bootcamp you may not agree! Enjoy your well earned weekend guys!
