Personal Trainer Sheila-B Hey, my name is Sheila. I'm a fully qualified personal trainer and my goal is to help you reach yours. I will look forward to working with you :)

Goals such as weight loss, increasing muscle mass, strength gain, flexibility or proving fitness levels. I have been interested in health and fitness for many years now. I have struggled with weight issues myself in the past and as a result I know how it can feel. The struggle to lose weight, the motivation to keep it up as well as how hard it can be keeping it off. Improving my own fitness levels

really helped me feel better over all, I was no longer feeling tired and I felt less self conscious about my over all figure. I understand the fear and struggles and I because of this I'm confident that I can help you through this journey. I can work with you to Improve fitness levels, increasing flexibility, increasing muscles mass, tone up, strengthening your muscles and much much more. I'll push you and make you work hard but you will see great benefits from this and like I said I understand your situation so you can lean on me and feel comforted that I'm there for you! My goal is to help you reach yours. Remember you wont see a change unless you make a change! Hope to work with you soon we will have fun and work hard and you'll leave feeling tons better I promise :)

Quick workout to do at home:
Do each workout for 30 seconds with a 30 seconds rest.
Repeat 3 times.

High knees
Squat
Jumping jacks
Push ups

Easy to do first thing in the morning to get you active for the day ahead.👍
