Hey Team,
June is Men’s Mental Health Month, and as a coaching team, we wanted to take a moment to talk about something that is often overlooked.
Many men are great at pushing through challenges, working hard, looking after others, and carrying responsibilities. However, that can sometimes mean neglecting their own mental wellbeing.
At Platinum Training, we see first-hand how exercise can positively impact confidence, stress levels, mood, sleep quality, and overall mental health. While training is not a replacement for professional support when needed, regular exercise can be a powerful tool for improving both physical and mental wellbeing.
This month, we encourage all of our male clients to:
• Make time for regular exercise.
• Prioritise quality sleep.
• Talk openly with friends, family, or professionals when needed or even your trainer we are pretty friendly ( believe it or not :)
• Take breaks from work and daily stresses.
• Celebrate progress, no matter how small.
Remember, strength is not just about how much weight you can lift. Sometimes strength is asking for help, having honest conversations, and making your wellbeing a priority.
