Building Self Confidence, Self Awareness.

This I find pride in taking them a journey.
On reflection its something I never had growing up, No farther figure, No Coach just the Armed forces the led me on the right path, not always successful in everything I pursued, some guided me, some stopped me but this lesson is LIFE
It Is how I coach these little ones, have go!
Fall over get up, have a go, fall over again, have a go don't give up.
Something I have never done, through injury, illness work study etc.

Lockdown Lessons "Resilience"
The reasons I do what I do 👍
A few years back, someone I knew made a comment🤔
"why don't you stick to one thing"
Well I have always ignored comments like that! I love learning not in my school days though but I like to have a go to do things myself, I am multi skilled, I'm not an academic though!! I struggled at Uni studying Physiotherapy but not my clinical placements, but exams. I was told your not good enough by teachers at school by tutors who looked down on me at uni and even NHS managers telling me to get real job🤔

Well I can coach, teach, train someone to get Stronger, Fitter, Faster, Recover in health fitness and sports. I can fix, repair, maintain my car, motorbike and house saving money.
Currently in lockdown I'm still Coaching, Sports Injury Rehabilitation and using my Locksmith skills. So being adaptable in this current climate is helpful.
I was asked recently is there anything you can't do? yes of course "I can't train dolphins or even put the orange in jaffa cakes" 😁

My passion is Youth Coaching I have some awesome young students who join me on Zoom classes each week showing Resilience along with parent support they stay focused physically and mentally. If your child could benefit from some online coaching drop me message below.
