GRCC at the Grangefield Community Centre boasts a really nice carpet in the new Drift Room ran by ourselves! It's a shame that everybody who said they'd come if we had carpet or said they were gutted to see us closing isn't turning up yet but it's fun for the regulars still wanting a regular local drift session 😊 There's a good sized seperate pit room to the track room so we can maximise what we have available. This track is using around 2 metres less than what could be utilised for the allocated space.

Just for the purpose of gaining interest, would anybody be interested in a monthly meet in Darlington? 👀 This would probably be on Sundays, will be smooth painted concrete and likely to be a bigger track...

So unfortunately, as it is, the circuit is now closed. Any questions regarding the track equipment as current are irrelevant as we haven't made a decision on what to do with them as we still have a couple of ideas for possible outdoor meet ups and/or running demo's at big events. If this is to change then the first who have contacted us already would be offered first refusal so please don't bombard us.

We want to thank all our regulars for their efforts in keeping our track open as long as we could. The track may be closed but Getyourdrifton as a club is just sat back having a rest 😊

Just a reminder we are closed at present with no current plan to reopen due to no pick up in numbers after the lengthy closures COVID caused for everybody. We will have some news coming soon with regards to the future of Getyourdrifton as a club at least so stay in touch on our discussion group GetYourDriftOn Group. This page will only be updated now as and when any events or gatherings may be organised for a trip to another track or shows. Speak soon ❤
