If you don’t like dance - don’t worry!! this is a new take on it …
For 30 mins -
I will break down set aerobic moves (hiit)
Hiit basically means
High Intensity interval training
So without the jargon … we bust out some moves under the disco lights!
Work up a sweat - and a giggle
We have set tracks for each part of the body!
This class is super friendly and really will get you seeing changes - not just in body but in MOOD!
The second 30 mins is
LEGS BUMS AND TUMS
with a band if u have one
Please bring a mat if u have one
