Most people think they’re paying for workouts.
And yes the workouts matter…
but after years of coaching, I’ve realised they’re rarely the thing people talk about most.
Instead, they talk about finally staying consistent.
Feeling stronger than they have in years.
Having the confidence to trust their body again.
Understanding nutrition without feeling overwhelmed.
Being part of a community that supports them.
Actually looking forward to exercise instead of feeling like they have to do it.
The workout is important.
But it’s only part of the story.
Because the most valuable thing isn’t a particular exercise or programme.
It’s finding something that works for you and sticking with it long enough to see what you’re really capable of.
