We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our first-ever fitness retreat at from 10th-12th March during a stay with us!

During your stay with us the retreat will include an array of adventurous and relaxing activities to encourage a healthy balanced lifestyle, all set in the heart of the Dorset countryside.

Our Activity Hub team have created a jam-packed itinerary of activities that include; paddleboarding, bike rides, lake view pilates, fitness bootcamp, sunset yoga and even a morning walking trail for the early riser.

We know it’s important to have some downtime too, so that’s why we have included a massage at the Hurricane Spa so you can relax.

Your meals are also in hand and you will be treated to some delicious healthy food and drink throughout your stay.

Keep your little ones entertained during your stay with us at Lower Mill Estate this Christmas with our festive nature activities.

Choose from a nature crafting session where they will enjoy leaf collages, leaf rubbing, habitat box making, bird feeder making and more.

Or, they can choose to take part in our wild explorers session where they will learn all about pond dipping, creating bird feeders, go on a nature walk, do some bird watching and enjoy tree bark and leaf rubbing.

The sessions will take place come rain or shine, so make sure they have their wellies on and are wrapped up warm. Sessions are £5 per child and are suitable for ages 4-8.

Get into the festive spirit during your stay this Christmas and join in with our Winter Welly Walk sessions.

Held at both Lower Mill Estate and Silverlake, Dorset, our Activity Hub team members will take you on a walk around the Estate, spotting wonderful wildlife on the way before stopping to enjoy some time around the fire to toast marshmallows before heading back to indulge in a mince pie, mulled wine for the grown ups and a hot chocolate for little ones.

If you aren't able to make the Winter Welly Walks*, why not head out on our Miss Mouse Trail at Lower Mill Estate and explore even more of the Estate on the hunt for clues before collecting a festive prize?
