Morning all here’s mike talking about footwork and positioning and working the angles of the opponent rather than retreating backwards .

Following from the previous video, Mike demonstrate the similarity between Pi Quan out of Xing Yi and the movement of "Push the family jewels" out of Wu style Taiji. Again souns isnt the best im afraid
