MACK Kickboxing offers Kickboxing tuition for all ages (4+), genders and abilities across Birmingham All with qualified CRB/DBS checked instructors.

MACK Kickboxing (Modern Association of Combat and Kickboxing) offers tuition for Kickboxing in the Birmingham area. Established in 1996 by Chief Instructor and ICO Chairman, Andrew Hennessy, our well established clubs offer a series of freestyle mixed martial arts syllabuses, for cadets to adults, of all ages and abilities. The Mini Ninjas and Junior Warriors syllabuses are a unique way for childr

en to learn practical combat sports combined with activities to gain confidence, fitness and hand/eye co-ordination. We currently run classes in Digbeth, Shirley, Kings Heath, Kings Norton, Moseley and Sutton Coldfield. A huge shoutout to AW Kickboxing from Willenhall, Wolverhampton for coming down to train with us at our Sutton Coldfield sparring class 👊

It was great to have everyone working together, sharing knowledge and helping each other prepare for their upcoming fights 🔥

In martial arts, power is important… but control is EVERYTHING 👊

These drills help our students improve technique, build stronger kicks and develop the endurance needed to perform at their best during training and competition.

If it is safe to do so, try practicing this drill at home 3 times per week and you will definitely start to notice the benefits in class 🔥
