I’ve made a very difficult decision to stop teaching my Zumba class 😔 I want to say thank you to all of my regular Zumba crew, you’ve been amazing students and it’s been lovely getting to know you all!
I’m not closing the door on Zumba forever…. I love dancing and teaching so I’m sure I’ll be teaching again at some point in the future 💃🏻

This Valentine's Day, we're sharing a powerful story of friendship and hope. Eleven years ago, Natalie experienced an unimaginable loss when her baby girl passed away just six hours after birth.

During this devastating time, she found strength through two sources: the dedicated support of the The Lily Mae Foundation and her dear friend Mel ❤️

Today, their friendship takes center stage as Mel and Natalie prepare to perform together at our upcoming dance event on March 23rd. Their performance represents more than just dance—it's a celebration of resilience and an opportunity to support other families facing similar challenges.
