HAPPY INTERNATIONAL PILATES DAY 2026!

Did you know?

Pilates was originally created by Joseph Pilates during World War I.

It was developed in England, using bed springs attached to hospital beds to help injured soldiers move and rebuild strength, which is where the reformer we use today began!

A strong weekend for the running community. A huge well done to all that took part in the recent Marathons👏🏼 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃‍♂️
