I hope I can put your mind at ease if you have started Yoga or you are thinking about starting. I wish I knew these things before I started, I genuinely thought I'd immediately feel better, I'd be super flexible and life would magically make sense. What a donut!
Yoga did help me realise I needed to treat myself better inside and out, that it's not all about flexibility and that I am stronger than I think I am.
I could have added more to this post, maybe I will another time☺️
