Thank you all for making me feel so welcome yesterday afternoon when I popped down to find out more about your club. I'm looking forward to 'learning more' on Thursday 2nd April when Pete Mole will be meeting me at the Green.

A quick reminder that The Bowling Club Race Night is on Sat 21st Feb. at E57 social club
Bring your friends
It’s always a fabulous fun night and we intend to keep it a fantastic value at £6 including chicken and chips.

You can spend as little or as much as you can afford on the evening and many come home in profit.

We are keeping the entrance fee low to encourage people to bring guests.

Well, the seasons end is almost here.
A thank you to everyone who has supported the club this year. With lots of work going to take place on the green and pavilion etc. we look forward to next season.
Meanwhile a couple of important dates.

A fantastic afternoon with 17 non bowlers turning up for our Les Mole testimonial. Just over an hour giving tuition and 10 of the new bowlers then participating in a competition playing 5 short games each.
Fabulous fun and lots of laughs. Possible new members and a lovely time in the Bell discussing the day with a nice group of people.
No photos as I didn’t ask permission 🙈
Thanks to Alex, Pete and Pete for their help and congratulations to Mick Netherway for winning.
A thanks to Ken Mole (Les Moles son) for donating prize money and two tickets to the presentation.
A hectic but rewarding day
