That’s more than 1,000+ items of preloved football and sports kit donated! Huge thanks to all our amazing members for helping to get more young people into sport. 🏃‍♀️🏃

Haven’t donated yet? You’ve got until 26th April – just look out for the branded kitbin in reception. Dig out those old footy boots, shirts and shorts and put them to great use.🤜 🤛

We’re back, raring to go and ready to open our doors bright and early on Wednesday 2 December, a day earlier than originally communicated. The club will be ready to welcome you all back from 6.30am

Our club is in a Tier 3 location and the great news is that the majority of facilities are open, however there are a couple of updates to expect on your return.

All team members will be wearing face coverings in club, we are encouraging members to also wear a face covering in all communal areas, but not when exercising.

A few other specific changes to your clubs;

Our club room;

We will continue to offer free tea and coffee for all our members. However the seating area has been removed and will not be available during tier 3. Take away cups have been set ready for you to to grab your coffee and go.

Group Exercise;

The team have been working around the clock in order to provide an outdoor group exercise program that will be available to our members. All group exercise sessions will be outdoors and be held at the Solihull Cranmore club under our 30 man tent.

You can still book your sessions via the app, under Solihull South. These will be available this evening.

We will be delivering all sessions including yoga, body pump, group cycling and Ign1te so please wrap up warm and get ready to burn those calories.

Making memories;

Finally, as we head towards the club closure of the 17th January the team would like to capture as many fun moments as we can. Please feel free to take pictures with friends, family, workout buddies and send them through to [email protected] as we will be putting together some picture collages.

Our doors may be closing this evening, but we're still very much open online. Head over to the app for DL @ Home, with live and on-demand workouts, wellness content (think meditation tracks and tips for better sleep) and plenty more (high five emoji). Memberships have been frozen and we'll be crediting for fees and courses booked once we reopen. You don't need to do anything right now (content smile).

We know how important our Clubs are for you all, and not just for physical health, but mental wellness too. Do reach out if you need some help. We're big fans of the work from - all worth a follow. And be sure to follow for updates too.

Your health and wellbeing is our number one priority.

We know that one of the most important things we can do to look after ourselves is exercise, be that at home or outside.

It's equally important to look after your mental wellbeing; eating and sleeping as well as possible and checking in on friends family and members of the community. And ditch the guilt too - we need to be kind to ourselves.

Good Evening,

Following the recent announcement from the government we just want to reiterate that there is no need to email or message the club. We will work through the detail and ensure that we update all members as soon as we have all the required information to share with you.

As ever, you are all in our thoughts and we will of course keep you regularly updated but for now, please help us by remaining patient (by limiting emails and messages) and staying safe.
