THE RESET
As well as working with clients 1-2-1, I’ve been running an awesome 6 week Reset programme.
Whether you need to lose weight, to tone up, want to start exercising, or simply have someone remove the guesswork for you, I’m here to help!
Some results we have had so far:
Faye lost 9 lbs and 29cm. She said the programme totally changed her eating habits, eating more mindfully but not having to sacrifice meals/nights out etc.. She loved having the opportunity to try new online workouts, as they fitted in around her busy life as a Mum with a full time job.
Alanna fit into jeans a size smaller than when she started. She said she felt in control of her nutrition as the plan was realistic and she loved the classes.
Steve lost 10lbs and said he loved the programme as it was motivating with great nutritional advice, tips and tricks. He loved the workouts and the weekly check ins and live Q&A. He believes the group support made a big difference to being disciplined and accountable
Kate lost 10.5lbs and 34cm. Kate said her biggest takeaway was learning that it’s ok to have an off day or even week but by relying on support and building better habits you make better choices and keep going, rather than giving up on your goals when things don’t go exactly as you planned.
Bavna lost weight and saw her waist and hips get smaller. It made her more aware of what she was eating and stopped mindless evening snacking. She said she enjoyed using more weights and focusing on strength training and has continued to do this after the programme finished.
