🦚🔱THREE SACRED OBSERVANCES. ONE JOURNEY WITHIN 🔱🦚

The spiritual path is one of the most beautiful yet most difficult journeys we can undertake.

It calls us towards Truth, love, freedom and the Divine - but asks us to let go of what the ego holds onto most tightly:
Ego. Attachments. Desire. Power. Fame. Recognition. Control.

🦚 Krishna teaches us the grace of surrender.

🔱 Kālabhairava teaches us to face fear and release what time will take away.

🌺 Maa Kali gives us the fierce courage to cut through ego, illusion and false identity.

True sādhanā is not always easy or comfortable. It requires courage, discipline and consistent practice.

So keep walking. Keep surrendering. Keep doing your sādhanā.
And when your own strength feels insufficient, seek strength from the Divine.

The path may be difficult - but every step towards the Divine is a step towards true freedom🦚🔱🌺

🌼 Blessed Nirjala Ekadashi 🌼

According to tradition, Bhima, the mighty Pandava, found it impossible to observe all 24 Ekadashi fasts due to his immense appetite. Troubled by this, he sought the guidance of Sage Vyasa, who advised him to observe one absolute fast - without food or water - on Jyeshtha Shukla Ekadashi.

Vyasa assured Bhima that sincerely observing this sacred Nirjala Ekadashi would bestow the spiritual merit of all Ekadashi fasts throughout the year.

🧘‍♀️✨Celebrating International Yoga Day at JLR✨🧘‍♂️

As part of the International Yoga Day celebrations, Atman Yoga Consultancy (AYC) had the privilege of conducting Yoga & Sound Therapy sessions for employees at JLR’s Solihull and Whitley plants, in collaboration with the Centre of Wellbeing

With 75+ participants joining both in-person and online, the sessions focused on workplace wellbeing, stress management, and building healthier daily habits through the practices of yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, and sound therapy.

The key message was simple yet powerful — “Your Health is in Your Hands.” 🌿

Empowering each of us to make mindful choices, manage life’s challenges, and unlock our full potential.

AYC is grateful for the wonderful response and enthusiasm from all participants, and hope this experience inspires many to embrace yoga and mindfulness as an ongoing part of their wellbeing journey.

A special thank you to Nachiket Deshpande, Co-Chair of the JLR Hindu Network, and the entire Centre of Wellbeing team for their incredible support and coordination in making this initiative a success across both locations.

Celebrating International Yoga Day🧘‍♀️✨

Grateful to the Consulate General of India for providing prestigious platform and recognizing AYC’s humble efforts in promoting yoga and Vedic wisdom through counselling, courses and community activities.

This appreciation motivates us to continue sharing these timeless teachings with greater dedication and enthusiasm.

I am also happy to share that I won a prize in the Sun Salutation Competition, where participants performed non stop Surya Namaskars for five minutes. 🏆🙏

This achievement is a reminder that age is just a number. With consistent yoga practice and a yogic lifestyle, it is possible to maintain physical fitness, resilience and overall well-being at every stage of life.
