’Twas the night before Christmas; no founder had slept,
Nagging their partner, they looked truly wrecked.
‘Wrap THAT!’ came the cry, mid-WhatsApp reply,
With rule plans and spreadsheets stacked painfully high.
‘We’ve had so much support; it’s so nearly here!’
‘But Christmas is TOMORROW!’ came the voice, full of cheer.
‘Exactly!’ they laughed. ‘So you’d better get wrapping!’
‘I’m too busy planning; it’s the launch that is happening!’
‘I’m just so excited for the whole of next year!’
‘Our flyballing friends have made it so clear—
We’ll be racing outside and everything’s new;
We can’t mess it up or leave anything askew!’
‘But you know they support you; you don’t need to fear!
They’re a great lot of people and have loads of ideas.’
‘That’s true—they’re the best. It’s not like we’re toast.
I just need to thank them with a silly Facebook post.’
So thank you, supporters—you deserve more than a meme,
