The 1000 rep challenge. Can you do a 1000 reps in 50 minutes? Crazy elevation on the step ups alone! 100 x 80cms = 800 metres of gain

Great work from the crew💪 there's going to be some sore muscles tomorrow 😃😄

Best of all we avoided the rain. Not that it bothers us anyways!

Thank you to every one that sponsored me or attended the fundraiser. Though I didn't get the time i was after. I manged to raise a whooping £4500 for magpas which I am super proud off :)

LONDON MARATHON SPAM (as well as heartfelt waffling)

On route to London to take part in the London marathon. This is my first time doing it.

More of a enjoy the day than turn it into the usual sufferfest all the way around .

Most of you know that i lost my dad 3 years agk. Most of you don't know the circumstances (more info in the link below if your interested)

I'm rasing money for magpas as they attended the scene with there helicopter.

I'm really proud that I've managed £3975 so far with gift aid. Its a very sad and happy day for me. That you to everyone thats donated. It really means alot and i got a ballot place so i didn't actually have to raise anything.

The green tshirt with the s and p landscapes logo represents my dads work top he wore everywhere including the end.

Alot of people have asked me for the link for my London marathon just giving. When I receive the money i raised from soham fitness I should be around the £3600 mark including gift aid. Not bad considering i didnt actually have a fundraising target (you can read my story on the link)
