Robin is taking over Spin classes on Mondays from 7pm - 7:45pm! Booking will open from 9pm TOMORROW so get yourselves on the list ready!

We ARE showing the England game tonight and staying open for the whole thing!

If you like cheap drinks, fast service and football then get yourselves down to the sports centre by 9:30pm tonight to grab a seat and watch the game!

The bar will be open from 7pm.

We’re sure you all don’t need reminding how hot it is today!

Classes ARE still going ahead tonight at the moment but please be prepared for very humid rooms and to be extremely sweaty!

We don’t want anyone feeling faint or passing out so please make sure you eat something sugary and substantial and bring plenty of water with you!

A couple of new little additions to our weights room!

15kg Bumper Plates
10kg Bumper Plates
16kg Kettlebell
And a NEW 20kg Olympic bar.

We will hopefully be adding new equipment like this little and often now!

And with that, our Good Friday project is complete and we can confirm the weights room will be back open as normal from around 4pm today!

Thanks to the help of all the volunteers that showed up to make this project not only possible, but run smoothly throughout the day!

We are so happy with how this turned out and we can’t wait to welcome you all in to the vastly new and improved weights room later today.

A big thank you to all who came to our bingo night, bought raffle tickets and donated raffle prizes. We were able to raise a much appreciated £350 to go towards the refurbishment of our toilets.
