I teach family yoga as I love keeping us together, it feels different to connect and play in a different way.
When I find someone else doing the same! Well, you can count me in!

We love attending the Family Ceilidh. They go through the dance slowly, everyone accepts each other’s boundaries, no hard feelings just lots of fun.
May I also say, a bit of a work out!

So fancy something new to connect with come along in September! Maybe we will see you there…

What a week!!! We taught inside and outside!

We went to the desert- making a mirage, travelling with our heavy packs, learning how animals try to stay cool, playing a game and singing a song! The length of our relax is getting longer, always lovely to see everyone just taking a breath.

Then outside at Pepy’s a house I shared our desert lesson and the following session we acted (did yoga) to Jack and the Beanstalk! After that the call was for another story, so off plan I went and we did the Boy who called Wolf!

That’s why I love teaching I can flip it any time, children have such great ideas why not be a team?

My best slip up was saying ‘arm shins’- obviously meaning forearms 😂

We have a 4 spaces left in our first Saturday class- 19th Sept! So book now to avoid disappointment! We will be investigating trees and plants! 🪴 🌳 🌷

Something else to talk about except the heat 🔥

We watched the eclipse 🌒 🌞
We sat near a field in the shade and kept peeking through our eclipse glasses to watch it.
We spread out a picnic blanket…
And we talked…
And tried looking through a colander on to paper for fun…
My daughter did puzzles…
We had snacks….

Really what I loved is I felt so present!
There watching and listening!
I want more of that please…. Less technology more eclipse feelings!

I feel that way teaching too!

We were invited to Pepys House Brampton to share our yoga. They are running the whole event for free!

What a wonderful class on Thursday!
We set up the middle with some new bits which engaged us all and promoted some calm- although the necklaces were a favourite!

We came together to:
🏝️ save an island that had lost it noise,
🥎 pass around a mystery object that could change shape
🤚 games on the mat and off the mat
🍦 used our imagination to experience taste, the facial expressions were amazing!

We are fully booked for August! You can join the waiting list or book early for September and October!
