Our very first Open netball session this week on Saturday! @ Upton Court Grammar 10am - 11am! £5 turn up and play!Covered courts so the weather can’t stop us! A relaxed atmosphere to meet new people, have some fun and play netball! Ladies only and all abilities welcome.

🏐 IT’S FINALLY HERE… ICON NETBALL LEAGUE BEGINS! 👑💚

After months of planning, organising, excitement and anticipation, tomorrow we finally step onto court for the very first ICON Netball League event! 🥹🏐

We’re kicking off our brand-new season with our Pre-Season Rally, bringing all seven of our founding teams together for the first time:

🔥 Firebirds • 💗 Pivot • 🦅 Eagles • 🎩 Welly Wonkas • 🐥 Netchicks • 🔥 Inferno • 👑 Court Queens

We genuinely cannot wait to meet everyone, see the teams in action and finally bring to life the community we’ve spent so long creating.

Expect plenty of netball, competition, laughs, our ICON Skill Zone, and hopefully the start of some brilliant new friendships and rivalries! 👀😂

Whether you’re coming to win, get back into netball, meet new people or simply enjoy playing the game you love — this league is for you.

We’re so excited to officially welcome Court Queens to the very first ICON Netball League season! 💛🏐

Led by captain Chloe, Court Queens come into the league with plenty of netball experience, alongside a few new members joining the squad this season.

It might take a little time for the new combination to gel, but we have a feeling it won’t take long! 👀

With the experience already within this team, we know Court Queens are going to be one to watch and could very well be challenging for that top spot! 🏆👑

They come to ICON after an amazing season which saw them top their league, so we’re really looking forward to seeing that strength, experience and progress continue.

Introducing our first — and currently only — WORK TEAM! 💜🍭

Led by captain Jo, welcome to ICON, Welly Wonkas!

This brilliant bunch of ladies are swapping the workplace for the netball court — and for many of them, it’s been a very long time since they last played! 😂🏐

And we absolutely love it.

Welly Wonkas are proof that you don’t need to already have an established netball team. Grab your colleagues, dust off those trainers and get back on court!

There may be a few aching legs the next morning… but we have a feeling there’ll be plenty of laughs along the way. 😂

Inferno is a BRAND-NEW team created through ICON!

Led by captain Lauren, Inferno has been brought together from players who wanted to play league netball but didn’t necessarily have a complete team to enter with — and now they have one! 🏐🔥

New teammates. New friendships. A brand-new team starting their journey together from game one.

This is exactly the sort of opportunity we hoped ICON could create, and we genuinely cannot wait to watch Lauren and the team grow together throughout their first season.

They love their netball, but they also know that the friendships, laughs and atmosphere around the game are just as important — and that fits perfectly with what we want ICON to be about.
