Gas Station Fitness and Nutrition is a welcoming and unique facility passionate in helping every member improve their fitness goals, regardless of their ability. The Owner, David Palmer, is already an established CrossFit affiliate owner and regularly competes in National CrossFit competi

tions. Our CrossFit classes consist of a variety of cardiovascular and strength exercises which are constantly varied and performed at high intensity. We also have a range of alternative classes to suit your needs such as olympic lifting. All ability levels are welcome so please don’t feel you have to be ‘fit to join’. If classes aren’t for you - no problem! We also offer our clients personal training packages which allow each session to be specifically tailored to the training goals of the individual. Our nutrition specialist then works with clients to perfectly complement their training regime and achieve their goals whether it be weight loss, weight gain, performance or muscle building. Our facility is one of the largest in the London area, located in the heart of Slough Trading Estate which is home to companies such as Mars, Telefonica O2, Fiat, LG and Ferrari. We are located by junction 6 of the M4, which is easily commutable from Windsor, Eton, Stoke Poges, Gerrards Cross, Uxbridge, Denham, Iver, Burnham, Fulmer and High Wycombe. All our coaches are highly experienced in CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning, Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics. Our staff pride themselves on their exceptional standards of class delivery whilst ensuring a friendly motivational environment to help you achieve your optimal fitness.

What our team has built here is truly unique — a place that’s more than just a gym. It’s a community, a support system, and for many, a turning point.

As a cross fit novice, I was intimidated by what I had heard about CrossFit training. Gas Station Fitness is a warm, welcoming and supportive environment to learn from scratch, which is my experience. The trainers are super helpful and have guided me throughout my first sessions. Lucy is incredible, she has adapted my training to help me with my technique. It’s a safe place for getting to grips with all that CrossFit has to offer. I highly recommend 🙂

I have been training with the Gas Station Team for 3 weeks now and can confidently say its a fantastic place to train. The variety of classes along with the great trainers make it what it is.Personally I joined the Hyrox classes to increase my fitness and feel sufficiently beasted after each class. I would highly recommend to anyone struggling to motive themselves as the community and variety of fitness levels will keep you coming back.A special mention to David for his passion towards his community and Meg for always creating a killer session.

It’s been about 2 months since I started my CrossFit journey. I recently moved from the U.S. and back there I did HIIT classes, weightlifting and Pilates, so I’d say, I’m pretty active. However, I’m new to CrossFit so, at first I was a little discouraged. The staff here are wonderful. Whenever I felt scared to try a new power lift they made sure to make sure I felt comfortable and gave me the extra attention to ensure I had proper form. Laura always checked in with me during my onboarding process. Giving me the confidence to not give up and answered any questions I had.I can proudly say I love my new fitness journey. The coaches are all great. My favorite thing about this gym are the people who workout here. I was nervous at first since I knew no one but to my surprise everyone was super friendly and they always motivate each other. I can honestly say my gym sessions are what I look forward to every day. The Hyrox classes are my favorite! They remind me of my HIIT classes back home.Shout out to Dai and Lucy! You guys really made me feel confident even when I was really scared. Your cheerfulness and the way you always push everyone to hit their goals really shows you love what you do. I cannot recommend this gym enough! If you are new to CrossFit but feel a little discouraged just do it. You won’t regret it!
