Good to see lots of regular faces and new students at the Slough WingTsun Martial Art School last night. Worked on forms, shape and punch drills, bat defences, chum kiu applications, escaping from arm locks, free attacks.
Our training Dojo is located at St Pauls Church, Stoke Road in Slough. A 2 minute walk from the town centre.
