Ask people about PE as a kid and most of us have a horror story, either being picked last, being made to wear uncomfortable clothes or not enjoying or being good at a sport but forced to do it anyway.

Sound familiar? Maybe the problem wasn't PE all along, maybe it was about finding something you loved, whilst wearing something you feel comfortable in and being taught by someone who understands and cares about you and your needs.

We'll be holding a final training sesh on Monday next week for Elf Rox. This session will be focused on increasing reps and adding in a run between each set.
