Every goal is important whether that is training for a marathon or just wanting to look ‘hot’ in that little black dress but your workout and nutrition should reflect this. We are constantly bombarded with advice on television and in magazines about what and how we can attain these goals but they are often taken out of context. A well known celebrity may be eating more protein but they have not in
formed you of the 2 hour training sessions they are carrying out daily, and so we assume it is the one element that has led to his/her success. Have your workouts tailored to your individual goal with realistic milestones, with this type of plan in place not only will you succeed you will sustain and progress. Workouts are written to fit into your busy lives and can be carried out in the comfort of your own home or outdoors. Programs are designed by analysing all aspects of your life. Having held a full time job and trying to be a domestic goddess I know too well hard it is to keep your head above water. It can be difficult to fit in workouts and plan healthy meals in between working long hours, doing the school run or balancing a hectic social life but believe me there is something out there to suit you all. Nutrition is the foundation of your success and again this needs to be specific to you! We all need the essential macronutrients which are our carbohydrates, protein and fat however when and how much, well this all depends upon your goal. Have your lifestyle and food analysed to help you head in the right direction. Eating well does not equal tasteless food. Have the knowledge and confidence to make the correct decisions when it comes to what is on your plate.
