For Gymshark66, I’m choosing myself.

When life gets busy, I’m really good at showing up for everyone else - my dogs, my clients, my work.
But I’ve realised I’m also really good at putting myself last.

The little things I keep saying I’ll do “one day” facials, a spa day, slowing down, even proper rest, always get pushed back.

So this challenge isn’t about perfection or doing everything right.
It’s about showing up however I can.
Some days that’ll be training.
Some days it’ll be rest.
Some days it’ll simply be choosing myself without guilt.

My client started her wedding fitness journey with me back in October 2024, determined to feel her absolute best for her big day and she stayed consistent all the way through to May 2025.

From day one, we focused on building habits she could actually maintain - balancing strength training with proper nutrition (and yes, learning to eat more, not less 😅).

I don’t train because I have to, I train because I get to.

I used to chase the “perfect body.”

Now I train for strength, health, and longevity because feeling good will always look good. 💫
