With over 45 years of elite-level hockey history, we’re a friendly, ambitious club with our own clubhouse overlooking a water-based pitch—the perfect setting to drive performance forward!

At Slough Hockey Club, our fab over-50s are proving that sport has no age limit! 🌟

While found that
👉 30% of women are less active since menopause
👉 84% of women who don’t meet exercise guidelines want to be more active
👉 90% would consider being active if recommended by a GP or health professional

… our incredible women are showing that it’s never too late to get on the pitch! 💪
