The gym offers over 10,000 square feet of training space fully equipped with modern pulse fitness equipment offering more than 100 pieces of fixed resistance and plate loaded and cardio machines, A hydrolic circuit line provides excellent training for the more mature participant and rehabilitation work. The huge free weight room is equipped with 2 full dumbell sets, lifting platforms, squat racks and a full range of plate loaded equipment. The Zone has Sleaford's only functional training room. The 15 by 15 meter air conditioned studio accommodates a range of classes whether you are looking for dance based such as Clubbercise/Zumba, traditional classes such as Step, bums and tums, fatburner or mind and body Yoga or Pilate's we offer it. Due to the size of studio's and with over 50 classes a week getting into your favourite classes is never a problem. We also offer a number of pod workout in ur smaller 15 by 6 meter studio which are onscreen instructor led classes.Freshly made protein shakes and vending are available onsite. We also have a high powered EU compliant sunbed, sports massage, hair and beauty onsite and free carparking.

Not a member? No problem. A 30 minute induction is £5 then your introductory block of 5 sessions is on offer for £50.

Members can find a list of these classes on their app. 7:40pm on Thursday is a session for new beginners.

You may have noticed we haven't recently added one new machine to our pin-loaded leg set-up, but two!

This is the Standing Hip Thrust machine.
It's designed to isolate and strengthen the glutes, particularly the gluteus maximus🍑 through controlled hip extension.

Unlike free-weight hip thrusts, the machine distributes the weight directly through the hips, minimising forces on the spine - making it safer for members with back sensitivities.

🤶 Greylees Santa Dash 2025 🎅🏻
Santa Dash 2025 will take place on Saturday 13th December, with the dash commencing at 09.30hrs, starting and finishing at Sleaford Golf Club.

If you wish to take part, please drop up a message or email [email protected], to register and book your place.

Entries are £5 per person, which includes a finishers medal, mince pie and hot drink plus the remaining money will be donated to a local charity (to be finalised).

There will be a 5km and a 2km route.

Festive outfits are HIGHLY encouraged!

Local mayor, Councillor Alison Snookes Sleaford Town Council will be there to cheer you all on and award the finishers medals.

The lovely Sandra from Fitness Zone Sleaford will be ensuring you are all warmed up and ready to go 🏃‍♀️

SPAR Sleaford have very kindly donated mince pies and other refreshments for the event ❤️
