4 Months with Samira💗

I initially posted Samira a month or so a go but when i received her updated physique pic it HAD to go on the grid!!!

This girl is hungry for the grind, and it shows.

She’s a busy mum, she also runs her own business, and still finds a way to get it done. Not because it’s always easy, but because she’s committed.

She chases consistency and doesn’t strive to be perfect and give up when things aren’t always running smoothly for her. And that’s exactly why she’s making such incredible progress.

Showing up, even on the busy days, is what gets results. So proud of everything you’ve achieved so far, Samira. This is only the beginning. 🫶

How I grew my glutes as a girl who definitely wasn’t genetically blessed with them 👇🍑

💗Consistency over perfection, I trained glutes 2-3 times per week for years, not weeks.

💗Progressive overload, I really focused on getting stronger over time rather than endlessly doing band workouts.

💗Prioritising glutes – Hip thrusts, RDLs, Bulgarian split squats, leg press and kickbacks became staples in my training.

💗Eating enough food – Building muscle requires fuel. Staying in a calorie deficit all year won’t build the shape you’re looking for. This is why i spent a good amount of time in a surplus, eating A LOT, it gets tough putting unwanted body fat on but it’s worth it.

💗Patience – Glute growth is slow. The biggest changes happened when I stopped expecting results overnight and trusted the process.

💗Recovering properly – Sleep, rest days and managing stress are just as important as training hard.

No secret workouts. No magic supplements. Just years of showing up, working hard and staying consistent.

If you’re not genetically blessed with glutes either, don’t give up. They can be built. 💪🍑

Give me 8 weeks! ✨

My client has completely transformed her lifestyle. From not tracking her food and doing no training, to now training 4-5 times a week, adding in regular cardio sessions, increasing her daily steps, and fully committing to the process 👏

Considering she has a very sedentary job, some aspects have been more challenging for her, but she has completely locked in with her mindset and work ethic over the last 8 weeks and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed.

She’s eating SO much more than before, feeling stronger, healthier, more confident, and has loved seeing her body change along the way 💫

Today marked my lovely client Jane’s last session with me before moving house! I’m so proud of the incredible progress she has made during the time we’ve worked together.

Jane completely transformed her mindset around food and training, learning how to properly fuel herself to support both her performance and overall wellbeing. Over time, her goals shifted away from focusing on scale weight and instead towards building strength, improving confidence through menopause, and maintaining consistency long-term.

Watching her grow both physically and mentally has been amazing, and I couldn’t be prouder of how far she has come on her journey. Wishing you the absolute best of luck in your new home, Jane, and I hope you find a gym you love just as much as Empowher! 💛
