BUNGEE FITNESS UPDATE!

We have made the decision to step back from our bungee fitness for the time being. We are struggling to fit any sessions into our current busy class timetable and with reformer Pilates completely taking off and being in extremely high demand utilising the instructor it has become very difficult to fit it back in.

We may look back into bungee fitness in the new year but for now im afraid it is not a course we can fully commit too.

As always please keep an eye on this page for any new updates as well as information regarding the fitness zone gym, current classes and reformer Pilates.

BUNGEE FITNESS IS BACK
We have a 6 week course starting thursday 5th with sessions at 5.45pm or 7.20pm and we also have a 5 week course starting on saturday 14th october at 11am.

We are advertising bookings as a 1st come 1st serve basis. We were reaching out to our interest list but due to lack of replys/slow replys we feel this way is best going forward.

To book your spot you will need to call us on 01529 415907 (we will not book anyone via messages), you will also be required to make payment on booking.

WOW Totally overwhelmed with response to the new Bungee courses. We have added more courses to cope with demand.
As a thank you we would like to offer all bungee participants a free further class from our extensive Zone timetable or free gym session each week the course is running.
Members booked on Bungee can bring a guest free of charge to either a class or gym session.
Please book these sessions at reception.
THANK-YOU
