Thanks to the help of the beautiful Brooke, a new workout has been added to the SA Training app for online coaching clients and personal training clients in the gym. This is a routine that you can do with the video at home or at the gym with just a resistance band.

It can be found on the app under the files section under the name ‘LIVE 12 MINUTE BANDED SHAPE WORKOUT’

There is an extensive library of workout videos on the SA Training app but many more will be added over the next few months 💪🏽

This week we finally received our Pulse fitness assisted chin dip machine after a long wait 👌🏽

Amazing addition to the equipment at the gym already, and I know a lot of clients will really benefit from this bit of kit! 💪🏽

I’m sure people driving past would of been entertained watching me trying to drag this 250kg machine in the gym🥵😂
